a first honest look at your whole landscape

A 90–120 minute Ayurvedic consultation to discover your constitutional nature and the imbalances that are present right now — followed by practical, grounded next steps.

You don't need to know anything about Ayurveda before we begin. You don't need to own a tongue scraper or know your dosha. You just need to be curious about yourself and willing to talk honestly.

This session is for the woman who wants a clear map - not an overwhelming plan - and a few genuine starting points that actually fit her life.

what happens in the session

We spend our time in careful, unhurried conversation. I move slowly through the full terrain of your life - your digestion, elimination, sleep patterns, emotional tendencies, daily rhythms, relationship with food, energy and the wider texture of how you are actually living.

From this I determine your prakruti - your unique Ayurvedic constitutional type - and your vikruti, the imbalances that are active right now. These two things together become the map we work from.

what you walk away with

  • A written summary of your Ayurvedic constitution and current imbalances

  • A few clear, practical starting steps — not an overwhelming list

  • Personalised food and lifestyle adjustments tailored to your constitution

  • Simple herb or spice recommendations where appropriate

  • A complimentary 30-minute follow-up call going through the above so that you truly understand

Recipe Development — optional add-on

For those who want to take their new constitutional understanding directly into the kitchen, I offer a standalone recipe development session as an add-on to the initial consultation.

Together we review your current diet through an Ayurvedic lens and I create a small, seasonal recipe collection tailored specifically to your constitution and current imbalances.

Ā£450 - 600 for 4 tailored tested recipes unique to you (sliding scale pricing - you decide )

This is available as an add-on to the consultation only. Inside the 4–12 month container, recipe support is woven in as a natural part of our work together.

Your Questions, Answered

  • No. You do not need to know your dosha, own copper cups or wake at 5am! We start with your life as it is.

  • No. This work is complementary and educational. It does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or urgent care. If you are under the care of a physician or therapist, we can work alongside that rather than against it. Ayurveda is increasingly discussed in official integrative and traditional-medicine contexts as complementary and people-centered but evidence still varies by condition and intervention.

  • Not necessarily. Ayurveda is the root lens. Clay, collaging, marma or theta may be woven in only if they are appropriate and wanted. Theta in particular should be understood as optional reflective//spiritual support for those who notice their subconscious may be a barrier to healing.

  • Yes. I work online worldwide and in person where possible in Nairobi. Many lifestyle, rhythm and guided embodied practices translate beautifully online and guidance recognises remote follow-up as a valid mode of behaviour-change support .

  • At my current training level (Ayurvedic health counsellor), I prescribe simple single herbs and spice blends to support the restoration of digestive balance and calm the mind.

  • Collaborative, honest and inspiring. I’m here to guide you towards what your body already knows is possible. I pay attention to the details and am here for as many questions as you may have in between our scheduled sessions.

This is a gentle first step. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to arrive.
