A slower, more relational way to
rediscover your natural zest
We begin with an Ayurvedic lens and build, slowly and honestly, from there
I offer a holistic, personalised approach to healing that honours the complexity of each individual.
My work is for women who are tired of overriding what their body is saying. For women who are undergoing unfamilar change be that from health challenges, new beginnings or pregnancy.
People who come to me are often struggling with fatigue, digestive unease, overwhelm, cyclical dysregulation, disconnection from their body or feeling unable to fully show up.
Together we look at rhythm, digestion, energy, sleep, pace, nourishment and the wider texture of your life. Ayurveda leads the process. Other modalities such as clay therapy or theta healing may be woven in when they genuinely serve the work, not because more is always better.
I work closely and compassionately with you over a container of time. This isn’t about quick fixes; it’s a sustained process designed to rebalance your mind, body and spirit according to your unique needs.
The thread through everything we will do is to simply help you create a more trusting, practical and sustainable relationship with your body.
initial consultation
A single 90-120 minute session mapping your inner landscape.
We will determine your unique Ayurvedic constitution (prakruti) and identify any present imbalances (vikruti).
To do so we will carefully explore a whole world, including your digestion, elimination, relationships, emotional tendancies, daily rhythm, food patterns, sources of potential stress and much more.
After the session you’ll recieve a written summary of findings and a complementary 30-minute follow-up conversation to help the initial diet and lifestyle suggestions actually land.
restore your zest
For the woman is invested in taking the time to allow her body, mind and spirit to slowly restore their natural zest.
Over 4-12 months we work with your meals, rest, morning and evening anchors, overstimulation and the small habits that shape how safe and steady a body can feel. As needed, alongside Ayurveda I will weave in selected embodied support such as clay and theta healing.
This container includes the initial consultation We will first discover your constiOur time together begins with the 90-120 minute exploratory session, roadmap and follow up conversation.

Your Questions, Answered
-
No. You do not need to know your dosha, own copper cups or wake at 5am! We start with your life as it is.
-
No. This work is complementary and educational. It does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or urgent care. If you are under the care of a physician or therapist, we can work alongside that rather than against it. Ayurveda is increasingly discussed in official integrative and traditional-medicine contexts as complementary and people-centered but evidence still varies by condition and intervention.
-
Not necessarily. Ayurveda is the root lens. Clay, collaging, marma or theta may be woven in only if they are appropriate and wanted. Theta in particular should be understood as optional reflective//spiritual support for those who notice their subconscious may be a barrier to healing.
-
Yes. I work online worldwide and in person where possible in Nairobi. Many lifestyle, rhythm and guided embodied practices translate beautifully online and guidance recognises remote follow-up as a valid mode of behaviour-change support .
-
At my current training level (Ayurvedic health counsellor), I prescribe simple single herbs and spice blends to support the restoration of digestive balance and calm the mind.

Collaborative, honest and inspiring. I’m here to guide you towards what your body already knows is possible. I pay attention to the details and am here for as many questions as you may have in between our scheduled sessions.
