for the woman ready to do the real work

A 4–12 month Ayurvedic container for women ready to stop overriding their bodies — and begin building a more trustworthy relationship with their own nature.

You know something needs to change. You've probably already tried things - different ways of eating, different approaches, different forms of support. Some have helped. But underneath it all there is still a persistent undercurrent of fatigue, disconnection or a quiet sense of living slightly beside yourself.

You're not broken. You don't need to be fixed. But you may need to be seen more completely than most spaces have offered and held with more patience and more care than a single session can hold.

This is what the journey is for.

what this looks and feels like

We begin with your full Ayurvedic assessment - your prakruti (your constitutional nature) and your vikruti (what has gone out of balance right now). From there we build, slowly and in honest response to what is actually happening in your life.

We look at:

  • Digestion, elimination and gut health

  • Sleep quality and rhythm

  • Food, nourishment and meal patterns

  • Emotional texture and cyclical patterns

  • Morning and evening anchors

  • Pace, rest and sources of overstimulation

  • Relationships

  • The wider texture of how you are living

As needed, alongside Ayurvedic treatments, I may weave in clay therapy or theta healing.

what you receive

  • Initial 90–120 minute Ayurvedic consultation

  • Written summary of your constitution and current imbalances

  • 30-minute follow-up conversation to help the first steps land

  • Regular 1:1 sessions across your container (frequency decided together)

  • Personalised food, rhythm and lifestyle guidance

  • Simple single-herb and spice recommendations where appropriate

  • Breathing practices, yoga postures, mantras, ayurvedic therapies

  • Recipe development support - tailored to your constitution and the season

  • WhatsApp or email support between sessions

  • Clay therapy or theta healing sessions woven in where relevant and wanted

"You're so radiant and carried everyone on such a special journey — so encouraging, thought-provoking, wise and, above all, fun."

the investment into your zest

I suggest starting our coaching with 4 months and from there we can extend as needed or desired. 4 months includes the initial consultation and 10 follow up sessions either in person or online.

From £740

Not sure if this is where you want to begin? The initial consultation is a gentler first step and a natural doorway into the container if it feels right from there.

Your Questions, Answered

  • No. You do not need to know your dosha, own copper cups or wake at 5am! We start with your life as it is.

  • No. This work is complementary and educational. It does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or urgent care. If you are under the care of a physician or therapist, we can work alongside that rather than against it. Ayurveda is increasingly discussed in official integrative and traditional-medicine contexts as complementary and people-centered but evidence still varies by condition and intervention.

  • Not necessarily. Ayurveda is the root lens. Clay, collaging, marma or theta may be woven in only if they are appropriate and wanted. Theta in particular should be understood as optional reflective//spiritual support for those who notice their subconscious may be a barrier to healing.

  • Yes. I work online worldwide and in person where possible in Nairobi. Many lifestyle, rhythm and guided embodied practices translate beautifully online and guidance recognises remote follow-up as a valid mode of behaviour-change support .

  • At my current training level (Ayurvedic health counsellor), I prescribe simple single herbs and spice blends to support the restoration of digestive balance and calm the mind.

  • Collaborative, honest and inspiring. I’m here to guide you towards what your body already knows is possible. I pay attention to the details and am here for as many questions as you may have in between our scheduled sessions.

The work is slow. That is the point.
If something in you is curious about this work, I'd love to hear from you.
