I’m an empathetic facilitator working with living systems — supporting social transformation and sustainable systems change, rooted in our collective vitality.

“The universe is transformation: life is opinion” ~ Marcus Aurelius

“You’re so radiant and carried everyone on such a special journey, so so encouraging, thought provoking, wise and utmost, fun. I loved it and it definitely got me out of my comfort zone.”

— workshop participant, 2025

Effective systems change work requires a quality of energy and spirit that fosters cooperation, alignment and well-being; systems-actualisation requires self-actualisation.

Drawing upon the Work That Reconnects and Warm Data principles, I offer facilitation for social transformation through creative workshops and events. At the core is supporting individuals, organisations and communities to build their capacities for change, tolerance and collective potential.

For Social Transformation

I work iteratively - piloting ideas and evolving the approach to meet complex human systems.

Core influencers: Nora Bateson, Joanna Macy, Regenesis, Eckhart Tolle, Rumi, David Whyte, Alan Watts, Tara Brach, Rick Rubin, Clarissa Pinkola Estés and ancient spiritual discourse.

I believe that we can achieve better futures if humans and organisations alike begin taking courageous steps towards intrerconnection, reciprocity, and empathy.

What if we evolved with nature, regenerated rather than merely did less harm, deepened inner connection, built supportive communities, moved beyond consumerism and lived with vitality — while practicing radical acceptance?

For Organisations: theories of change, sustainability strategies & project design

I help teams articulate a clear strategic vision, map the path to a desired future, and measure dynamic progress in ways that are illuminating - not burdensome.

Through creative questioning and deep listening we identify priorities (with mediation tools where needed), then co-design a plan for impact. My approach is collaborative, playful and future-thinking, drawing from ecology, spiritual discourse and living systems.
