you breathe

i breathe

the trees breathe

soil breathes

ocean breathes

we all breathe. the same breath. the same prana. the same lifeforce of being.

inhale…

exhale…

we are

deeply interconnected

deeply interdependent

deeply intertwined

we belong to the earth and to each other.

each one of us a clay body, moulded and shaped by life…
ripples…

energy…

cause and effect…

stirring in you. stirring in me.

shaping you. shaping me.

becoming you. becoming me.

be that plant. move like that plant.

plants holding us.

earth holding us.

supported. supporting.

always.
