These uncollected pots, left behind and unwanted, echo the dispossession and loss experienced in Palestine - fragments of existence waiting to be reclaimed. Yet through care, fire and transformation, they find new hope, reminding us that what is neglected can be restored. That healing emerges through collective hands, and that no life, no home, should ever be forgotten...

This pot was crafted by someone who attended a community Kurikuni workshop which I facilitate at @ourwonderhouse in Nairobi. She wasn’t collected, so instead I tended to her with glaze and am now donating to Artijaan (@artijaan.co) - a social enterprise creating livelihood opportunities for women through craftsmanship in Palestine.
It's just a little something and yet there are so many little something's needed. Currently being stocked at The Food Movement's VaVaVoom Gallery in Kilifi, as well as online here. Thank you for your support!
